In an aim to increase unitholder value, NMF will establish a positive cycle of mutual growth with the Nomura Real Estate Group through the establishment of a management pipeline with a two-way function in which external growth support through a property acquisition pipeline where the Nomura Real Estate Group supplies information on real estate, etc. as well as the measures necessary for the increase of the brand value of portfolio properties and the value of assets are jointly deliberated and promoted.

Nomura Real Estate Asset Management Co., Ltd., the asset management company of NMF, has concluded an information provision agreement with Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. regarding the preferential provision of information for the acquisition of properties. Due to this, when Nomura Real Estate Development is to sell real estate, etc. which it owns or will own through development that match NMF’s property selection standards, as a principle it will notify the Asset Management Company before third parties. Utilizing this pipeline function, NMF will aim for the steady growth of its asset size and the securing of stable income over the medium to long term. |

Nomura Real Estate Asset Management Co., Ltd., the asset management company of NMF, has concluded a basic agreement with respect to the leasing value chain with Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Nomura Real Estate Partners Co., Ltd. and Nomura Real Estate Retail Properties Co.,ltd. With this agreement, Nomura Real Estate Asset Management will realize further improvement of the value of leasing properties that NMF owns/operates by collaborating in addressing and implementing necessary measures to enhance the brand value and value of properties NMF owns both in hardware and software aspects, while sharing information and know-hows held by NMF and the Nomura Real Estate Group regarding leasing properties. |
