Asset Management Company
NMF has appointed Nomura Real Estate Asset Management Co., Ltd. (NREAM), to perform all asset management services for NMF.
NREAM has been appointed under the agreement with NMF and manages NMF’s assets in accordance with NMF’s articles of incorporation and the investment targets and policies prescribed therein.
